For the 2016-2017 off-season, Joe has entered into a competition titled “Search for a Champion” held by Champion Spark Plugs. This competition is a great way for drivers to gain a sponsorship that they would not get otherwise.
Each driver submits an essay along with a few pictures and an optional two minute video to prove that they have what it takes to drive for #TeamChampion. After a round of fan voting, and judge selection, 25 finalists remain. These finalists are in the running to gain a $50,000 sponsorship from Champion Spark Plugs.
